Yoga encourages our kids and teens to build strength and mind-body awareness

Mind-body awareness is key as children form their sense of self and their understanding of the world around them. Practised together with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) tools, Yoga can guide emotional growth and self-confidence. A stable, positive self-image gradually forms as our children consistently practise bringing mind and body back to the present moment.

Immersed in themes such as Love, Kindness, Compassion and Courage, SOMAYOKE kids and teens classes aim at deepening our children’s relationships with themselves and others. They learn to relate to peers, family and others in healthy, loving ways and learn to draw safe boundaries in relationships.
