A year of returning to what’s real — through body, breath, and the living world.
Our body absorbs the impact of daily life's tensions, including visible and invisible stress, contractions from abrasive interactions, and the subtle imprints of unprocessed emotions.
These patterns of holding silently dull our vitality and obscure our natural ease.
Through somatic and yogic practices, we’ll create space for the body to gently unravel and soften, allowing Prana — life’s natural intelligence — to flow freely again. This retreat is not interested in fixing or achieving, but in remembering what it feels like to be at home in your own skin.
In 2026, Expand into the Ordinary unfolds as a journey through the seasons.
Each season offers its own rhythm, like a pulse in nature, reminding us that change and rest are both necessary. Using nature as our greatest teacher and resource, each retreat invites you to move in harmony with the earth's rhythms, to rest deeply, and to rediscover the quiet vitality that arises when body and breath return to a natural pace.
Between these group retreats, you are welcome to explore personal immersions or private small group retreats in Taiwan, offering yourself a slower, more intimate space to listen inwardly — a return to the mountain, to yourself, with your loved ones.

Autumn | Nov 7 -10, 4D3N | Alishan, Taiwan
Something stays within us, long after we think we've moved on. It may not carry a name, a date, or a face.
餘 means what remains. A season of life that ended before we were ready. A situation or a relationship that shifted without a proper goodbye. It may not be dramatic, but what is still present, without explanation. The gristle, or residue, of a life experience, lived and felt.
Late autumn: the tree does not ask why a leaf falls. The forest holds everything that descends without needing to name each of them.
The forest is a co-facilitator in this seasonal retreat. For those of you who feel you might be carrying something, even if you do not know what, who, or how. But you are ready to set it down for a while.
